Creating a class organizational structure has the main function of dividing roles and training students' leadership attitudes. Each role has different responsibilities and duties. Just as the state has a system of government, the class must also have a clear organizational structure.

Homeroom teachers can generally be included in the organizational structure at the top or outside the structure.

2. Head of the class

The class leader is the student who is chosen to be the leader in the class. The class leader has the top position in the organizational structure.

A class leader needs to have firm criteria, be able to lead his classmates, be friendly, and have good communication skills. The duties of the class president are as follows.

The organizational structure for the class, can be made in several ways. There are several reliable tools to make it, one of which is by using Microsoft Word. Check out how to make it below.

  • Access the Microsoft Word application.
  • Select the Insert menu, then select SmartArt.
  • Insert SmartArt to be able to create an organizational structure in Word.
  • Select the Hierarchy section, then please select the desired org chart template.
  • After the selected chart appears, please right click on one of the boxes. Select edit text to add text as needed. For example, such as name and position.
  • If you want to add a role to the chart, please right-click on one of the boxes you want to add. Select add Assistant, Coworker, or Subordinate. Please select the role according to the chart you want to create.
  • To delete a box, please select the box you want to delete and press delete.
  • To change the color of the chart, select the Design menu and press Change Colors. Please select the desired color.
