I'm Virda, I'm lucky to have a friend who is always there for me, we went through the ups and downs together. One time, my best friend and I had a fight over something that I considered trivial, then I realized that my best friend was very important to me. One day I went to the mall with my best friend, I told him to bring my shopping, and it turned out that the shopping he brought was left behind. At that time I scolded him with harsh words because of my selfishness.

"Vir, please hold my shopping, yes, because it's really heavy" I said.

"Yes, I'm here to help carry the groceries, I'm afraid you will object," he said.

"Ready, you are my most understanding friend" I replied.

"Haha yes fellow friends should help each other" he replied with a smile. While hugging.

"Are you hungry?" the question

"I'm hungry, my stomach is starting to rumble" I replied.

"Let's eat! now I'm the one who treats, I'm also hungry” While looking at me limply.

"Hmm, okay come on" I replied.

Then we arrived at the shop across from the mall.

"What do you want to order vir?" she asked.

"I'm following you," I replied.

"Hmm okay" he replied.

A few minutes later we finished eating and started driving home.

"Eh.. I think something is missing, but what is it?” he asked with a surprised face.

"Hmm, what is it?" I helped think.

"Oh yeah, where's my shopping? My chirps.

"Geez.. oh yes I forgot, I left it at the stall where we ate earlier" he answered guiltily

"What? Missed? It's true, we're already far from the stall where we ate earlier" I replied annoyed.

"Duh, I'm really sorry vir, I really forgot" he replied sweating.

"What? I am sorry? You think apologizing can get my stuff back and the problem solved? Don't you? You just want to apologize" I replied annoyed, then without further ado I left him.

The next day, he came with my groceries and apologized for what happened yesterday, but I ignored him anyway. So after a while, I realized that what I was doing was a mistake, and I realized how selfish I was. I apologize too.

I've been waiting for a job call for months. It feels like my day is sad and confused without direction. My job is just hanging around at home. I'm confused what to do. Want to start a business but don't have the capital. One morning, I decided to meet my friends, just to share about my problem. On the way to my friend's house, beside the road a little bit at the end of the sidewalk, I saw a black wallet. I approached the wallet, opened it, and looked at its contents. KTP, SIM A, some important papers, a fantastic savings account, and a credit card. In my mind came a voice for me to use the contents in the wallet.

But no, I have to return this wallet to its owner. Not long after I came home from my friend's house, I returned the wallet. With the address on my ID card, I found his house in an elite housing estate close to the Grand Palace hotel. I rang the bell and it was opened by the gardener who worked in the house.

"Excuse me, Sir. Is this really Mr. Budi's address?" I asked.

"Yes, true. Who are you, huh?” Ask the gardener.

“I am Adi, I want to meet Mr. Budi. I have important business."

"Okay, please come in, you happen to be inside," asked the gardener.

I walked timidly into the stately home of the owner of the purse I had found.

"What is wrong? Who are you?" Ask the owner of the house to me.

"I'm Adi, sir. Sorry in advance, I found your wallet on the sidewalk near the hotel.”

"Oh, yes please have a seat, son!"

I sat next to him and handed him the wallet I found.

"Where do you live, son? And where do you work?” he asked curiously.

“In the Asri Cempaka complex, sir. I'm still unemployed, I've been applying for months but haven't gotten a call yet.” I added.

"What graduate are you?" she asked.

“Management Economics, sir.” I answered.

"Okay fine, kid. Your company is in need of administrative staff. Maybe if you are interested you can come to my office tomorrow morning at 9. This is my business card." Mr. Adi continued while handing me his business card.

"Really, sir?"

"Yes, son. I need a dedicated and honest employee like you.”

" Thank you very much sir." I said can't believe it, it's like a miracle.

Examples of Love Short Stories

Sitting alone with a pile of books has become a habit for me. This is the fate of final semester students. Thesis must be completed immediately so as not to become an "eternal student". I looked at the library window, it was still drizzling. At least the strains of the drizzle drizzle melody can dispel this silence. Indeed, Bandung has been raining a lot lately, especially in the afternoon.

I looked at my watch showing 5 o'clock, I don't feel like I've been sitting in front of the laptop all day with these books. I looked around, there were only three of us left in the library. Me, the father of the librarian, and a veiled woman with khimar Tosca who was solemnly reading a book in the corner. Every time I do my thesis in the library, every time I see him alone reading a book. I feel like I want to greet him and talk to just get rid of fatigue.

However, I couldn't stand it anymore because my stomach was already playing the orchestra. I packed my things and then went to the canteen to buy rice or just a snack to prop my stomach. Unfortunately, it turns out that Bu Ong, the canteen guard today, has a fever so he can't sell. I remember across campus there is a kebab shop which is quite famous in Bandung. Although the price is a little expensive for the size of a boarding house child like me, but it's okay enough to fill my stomach.

"Man, jumbo kebab is complete in one serving." I said to the kebab seller. On the other side of the kebab cart, I saw a woman who resembled the woman in the library earlier. Actually I don't know who she is because while I was in college, I've never seen a veiled student like her. Out of curiosity, I looked for a way to get his attention.

After the order was ready, I immediately took the kebab then paid and left immediately. What I took was the woman's order because I wanted to know what her reaction would be. Suddenly from behind there was a female voice with a slightly loud tone "Mas!!!". When I turned around, it was actually the woman who had called me. "Sorry, sir, but the kebab you brought is mine. This is your kebab .." He said while holding out his hand that brought mine. "Oh yeah sorry ma'am. This is your kebab." I said as I handed over the kebabs. "Yeah, it's okay." The woman said.

"Excuse me ma'am, may I know your name? I don't think I've seen you before on campus.” I asked a little shyly. “My name is Shofia, 3rd semester student majoring in telematics engineering. I rarely hang out with friends, I prefer to be alone while reading a book. That's why I understand if anyone doesn't know me.” The answer. "Ooh so. Yes, it is rare for women to choose engineering majors, especially women with veils like you.”

From the moment we spoke, I noticed that Shofia's eyes were always looking down. Maybe he was keeping his eyes on her for fear of being tempted. This made me even more curious about Sophia. Eventually we both exchanged phone numbers to get to know each other better.

The meeting at the kebab shop accompanied by a light rain that afternoon became the beginning of the closeness between me and Shofia. Since then I have become more and more determined that Shofia is the ideal candidate to be my wife and next month I will bring my parents and extended family to propose to her.
