12 Examples of Single Sentences and Mixed Compound Sentences
Single sentence is one of types of sentences whose structure only consists of one Subject (S) and one Predicate (P) and additional fromsentence elements in Indonesian other. B. Examples of Mixed Compound Sentences
- Dad left for the office. (main sentence 1)
Mother went to the market. (main sentence 2)
My sister lives alone at home. (clause)
Father goes to office and mother goes to market, while Adi lives alone at home (mixed compound sentence) - Father goes to the office. (main sentence 1)
