A disguised interrogative sentence is an interrogative sentence that does not require an answer or does not seek an explanation, but rather a question sentence Questions that have the intention of inviting, pleading, agreeing, insinuating and so on. Example:
- How about next month our family vacation in Bali? (meaning to invite)
- How about tomorrow you accompany me to the bookstore? (has the intention of asking or pleading)
- Can you spare a little time to answer my question? (means pleading)
- Do you not have ears, so that you do not hear his words? (has a satirical intent)
- Didn't we agree to wear blue clothes? (has the intention of agreeing)
- At my wedding, are you willing to be the guest? (means pleading)
- How many years have you not eaten that your mouth has not stopped chewing? (has a satirical intent)
- How could we refuse your presence at the event? (has the intention of agreeing)
