Sentence is an arrangement of words that form a meaning or meaning. Generally a sentence has several elements such as subject, predicate, object and adverb/complement. However, not all types of sentences contain these elements. Even some sentences are only formed from the subject and predicate elements in the formation of the meaning of the word.

Intransitive Sentence

Ekatransitive Sentence

An extratransitive sentence is a sentence that has an object and does not have a complement. The elements used in this sentence are the same as sentences in general, namely subject-predicate-object. The following is an example of an intransitive sentence.

  2. Uncle is a permanent worker at the Post Office.
  3. Tika goes to the market to buy vegetables.
  4. Riska did not get a scholarship even though she was a smart student.

A dwitransitive sentence is a sentence that must have an object/complement/description in its sentence structure. And in the sentence In this case, the position of the subject can be changed to the object, so that the form of the sentence becomes passive. Example:
