6 Examples of Preface to Scientific Work

The introduction is part of the introduction in a written work that contains an expression of gratitude from the author. The preface is found in every written work in the introduction. The written works in question include books, papers, essays, theses, dissertations, letter newspapers, tabloids, etc. The preface has an important role in written works as well as in a book, because through words, Introduction The author expresses his gratitude for all the contributors who helped complete the work that. Both help in content, material and in the form of motivation.

The introduction in scientific writing is not the same as the introduction in the novel, word The introduction in scientific writing is more detailed than the introduction to a novel or book. Books or novels do not always have a preface in the introduction as in classic novels or novels era past.

The writing of the foreword for each written work is different, both in the form of books, essays, papers, reports, proposals, theses, theses, dissertations and so on.

How to compose / write a preface so that papers, books, reports, theses become interesting for the reader, that is, they must fulfill the following parts:

1. Title, the title given is "Preface". Writing the title position at the top center, capital letters and bold.
2. Expressions of praise to Allah/God for His health and enlightenment so that the paper, thesis, report is completed properly.
3. include the title of the paper or report or thesis or other work included in the introduction. Put the title after the expression of gratitude.
4. Add a brief description of your scientific work. Then include the purpose of the preparation of books, papers, reports, theses, theses in paragraph.
5. Expressions of gratitude to those who have helped to complete the work, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the contributions made by each contributor. For example for teachers, lecturers, figures and others depending on the theme of the writing. Do not forget to include the title in the names of these contributors.
6. The closing paragraph includes general thanks, expectations to readers and requests for criticism and suggestions from readers. In this section try not to be too overbearing or too confident / arrogant.
7. Finally, include the author's signature and full name along with the place and time of the date the article was written, place it on the bottom right.

In writing the preface, try to use a normal font, for example, the Time New Roman font, with a font size of 12, and paragraph layout "justify” (except title, signature and full name).
The introduction of the introduction is a maximum of 5 paragraphs, not too long or too short.

Alhamdulillah, with all humility, the author expresses his praise and gratitude to Allah, because with His permission, grace and guidance, writing a Book Procurement Proposal for the Ngabenrejo Village library Grobogan.

This book is intended for Pustaka Jaya Publishers. Procurement of the book is intended so that children have the means to increase their knowledge. The Procurement Proposal of this book is made based on the results of observations, discussion, interviews, and direct involvement in the plan to increase the quantity and quality of books at the Ngabenrejo Village Library.

The author realizes that the success of the preparation of this Book Procurement Proposal cannot be separated from the support and assistance of many parties who have provided input, enthusiasm and prayers to the author in facing every challenge, so that on this occasion the author expresses his gratitude to:

FOREWORD

The purpose of this writing is to review the novel "Geserlah Cahaya Falsemu" by Ekarasi. Slide Your Fake Light is the 10th novel of Ekarasi. The author would like to thank all those who helped in the completion of this review.

History is the teacher of life. Even though his figure has worn out, it often gives enlightenment. Reading history can bring people together to wisdom. At the most spectacular point, the history contained in the divine work called the holy book, can even lead people to submit to their God on the basis of faith.

Fiction as a work of art can be born from imagination. History and fiction, two big, important, sometimes extreme, even absurd things. So, what kind of possibilities will emerge from the synthesis of these two powerful things? Certainly, not trivial things, let alone empty. Gajahmada and Majapahit are icons that will always be present in the stage of the long history of this nation's journey. However, perhaps not too many people know that behind these two big names, there is a very charming, turbulent, and evocative story.

This historical fact is linked with fiction so that an epic entitled Gajahmada was born. This historical exploration will inform you that the great name of Majapahit was not only built because of its vast territory, the toughness of Gajahmada, the government of Raden Wijaya, or Jayanegara. Behind all the splendor there is an elite army named Bhayangkara whose contribution makes us know Majapahit in all its ways

greatness as it is today. Thank you for the contributions of various parties in the completion of this fiction novel, especially for the author. Hopefully this work can become a "friend" for those of you who want to read history and enjoy the wisdom in it because human life should be a life that becomes history.
