A. Kingdom of Ternate

1. Ternate Sultanate Palace
This historic building is located in the middle of Ternate City overlooking the sea. According to historians, this imperial palace has an architectural style from China, mixed with culture from within the region itself.
This palace is managed as a cultural protection to preserve the stored history. This building has been restored, remodeled and is also managed by the local government so that it can be enjoyed by local people or foreign tourists who visit.
2. Sultan Mosque of Ternate
This historic mosque has been established since the Sultanate of Ternate was ruled by Sultan Zainal Abidin, the 18th king of the Kingdom of Ternate. Until now there is still no exact figure to confirm when this mosque was built.
Because, there is a history that states that this mosque was founded around the 17th century AD. Currently, the mosque is still used by the local community as a place of worship. In fact, there are still cultural traditions that are often practiced in this mosque.
3. Tomb of Sultan Baabullah
The next historical evidence from the Ternate Kingdom is the tomb of Sultan Babullah, the 24th king of the 24th Ternate Sultanate who ruled around 1570 to 1583 AD.
Later, the name of the king was enshrined at a Ternate airport, because the people considered Baabullah was the first sultan who increased the enthusiasm of the people against the invaders who wanted to dominate Ternate.
4. Tolukko Fortress
The Kingdom of Ternate earned the nickname "the city of a thousand forts", which is in fact the Sultanate of Ternate has several forts as historical evidence of this kingdom.

1. Tore and Tahula Fort
Fort Tore and Tahula are relics and historical sites from the Portuguese colonial era. The Tore Fort was built around 1512 AD around the grave of Sultan Zainul Abidin.
Not only that, this fort is also very close to the Kie Palace or better known as Kadato Kie. This fort was used by the Portuguese to block the Dutch, this building is located in the city of Soa Sio.
2.Kadato Kie (Kie Palace)
The Tidore Kingdom provides traces of heritage known as Kadato, the word kadato means Palace and local people often refer to it as Kie Palace or Kedaton Kie.
This palace building has been standing since 1812 AD or rather under the reign of Sultan Syahjuan T.
Currently the building is used as a historical tourist spot, where visitors can see firsthand the thrones of the sultans and also the interior depicting the Tidore Kingdom at that time.
