Understanding Work Ethic
Ethos means a view of life that is unique to a social group. Ethos comes from the word ethos (Greek) which can be interpreted as attitude, personality, disposition, character and also belief in something.
So work ethic is a work spirit that is used as a characteristic and belief of a person or group. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, work ethic is the work spirit that is the characteristic and belief of a person or group.
Judging from the terminology, work ethic has undergone a broad change in meaning. Used in three different senses, namely:
- A general rule or way of life

Religious Factors
