With PTK, teachers will be creative because they are always required to make innovation efforts as the application and adaptation of various learning theories and techniques as well as teaching materials he wears.
The application of PTK in education and learning has the aim of improving and improving the quality of learning practices on an ongoing basis so as to improve the quality of instructional outcomes; develop teacher skills; increase relevance; increasing the efficiency of instructional management; and fostering a research culture in the teaching staff community.
PTK is a report of real activities carried out by teachers in their classes in an effort to improve the quality of learning.

The Importance of PTK for Educators and Students
