Understanding Quality of Work Life (Quality of Work Life)
Quality of work life or what is called Quality of Worklife is a management system approach or organizational perspective which aims to improve the quality of life of employees in the work environment simultaneously and sustainable.

How to Improve the Quality of Work Life (Quality of Worklife)
To improve or develop the quality of work life, Anatan and Ellitan (2007) state, the steps are: Companies or organizations can carry out the following activities to improve the quality of work life This:
- Provide participatory problem solving ideas that include organizational members at all levels. Create collaboration between workforce management and participatory management in identification efforts problems and opportunities in the work environment or organization, making decisions and implementing them change
- Restructuring the basic nature of the work carried out by workers and the work systems within their scope, thereby regulating work and work sequences are more consistent with the needs of each individual and the social structures in the workplace
- Create an innovative reward system that will provide a different climate in the organization. This is because the reward system is a priority factor in motivating employee work and effort which, when in turn, will improve organizational performance.
- Improving the work environment which emphasizes the actual situation which includes workers, including the physical environment, working hours and applicable regulations.
