Understanding Quality of Work Life (Quality of Work Life)

Quality of work life or what is called Quality of Worklife is a management system approach or organizational perspective which aims to improve the quality of life of employees in the work environment simultaneously and sustainable.

How to Improve the Quality of Work Life (Quality of Worklife)

To improve or develop the quality of work life, Anatan and Ellitan (2007) state, the steps are: Companies or organizations can carry out the following activities to improve the quality of work life This:

  • Provide participatory problem solving ideas that include organizational members at all levels. Create collaboration between workforce management and participatory management in identification efforts problems and opportunities in the work environment or organization, making decisions and implementing them change
