Upload Videos
The first step in how to make an animated video on ppt is that you must first upload the video that you want to make animated later. There is a very easy way. All you have to do is insert your video into the slide. Click "Insert" and select "Video".
Set Position & Size
The next step for how to make an animation with PowerPoint is that you have to determine the position and size of the video that you want to make an animation. The method is very easy, namely by clicking on the video and setting it to the desired position and size. Now open the “Animation Window”.
Imagine you want to insert speech bubbles into your video. The video will automatically stop at this point and speech bubbles will appear at certain points in the video. Continue playing the video and the speech bubble will disappear. The video doesn't have to be interrupted to insert animation.

Create Speech Balloons
