24 Understanding of Learning According to Experts (Discuss Completely) - In the world of education we often know or hear the term "learning". Learning does not only apply in school, but outside the school environment, learning also applies in any case.

1. Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System Article 1 Paragraph 20

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators as well as learning resources that are in a learning environment.

2. Dimyati and Mudjiono

Learning according to the opinion is the activity of educators or teachers in a programmed manner which is through design instructional so that students can learn actively and put more emphasis on learning resources that are provided.

3. warita

Warsita argues that learning is a form of effort to make students willing to learn or a form of activity to teach students.

4. Sudjana

Learning according to Sudjana's opinion is all deliberate systematic efforts to create educational interaction activities between teachers and students.

5. Corey

He explained that learning is a process in which the environment is carried out deliberately and managed to produce responses in certain situations and conditions as to where this learning is the substance of education.

6. Trianto

Learning in the opinion of that is an aspect of human activity in a complex manner which cannot be fully explained or elaborated. more simply, learning is a product of continuous interaction with development as well as experience. In general, learning is a conscious effort which is carried out by an educator to teach students by providing direction in accordance with other learning resources in order to achieve a certain goal wanted.

He argues that learning is a change in the behavior of an individual caused by an experience.

He explained that learning is one way to coordinate students in achieving the goals of education.

In the opinion of Munif Chatib who explained that learning is a process of transferring knowledge from two-way, namely between educators (as a source of knowledge or information) and students (as recipients information).

He argues that learning is teaching students by using or applying educational principles as well as with learning theory as this learning is the most important and main determinant of success education.

11. Rahil Mahyuddin

He stated that learning is a process of changing behavior which includes it involves cognitive skills, namely mastery in science and the development of skills that intellect.

In the opinion of Achjar Chalil, learning is a process of interaction between students and their teachers and learning resources in the learning environment.

Here he argues that learning can apply when an experience produces lasting changes in behavior as well as in knowledge.

According to Kimble's opinion, he explained that learning is a relatively permanent change in behavior resulting from reinforced training.

15. Oemar Hamalik

In the opinion of him who explained that learning is an ordered combination of all elements humane, equipment, facilities, procedures where these affect each other in order to achieve the goals of learning. He also here argues that there are three formulations that are considered important regarding learning, namely:

  • Learning is an effort to organize the educational environment in order to create learning situations and conditions for students.

  • Dimensions that have to do with the way information and subject matter are presented to students through acceptance or discovery.
  • The dimension that concerns the way in which students can ignore information on cognitive structures existing, cognitive structures are facts, concepts, and their generalizations that have been learned and remembered student.
