Introduction to WEB & HTML

WWW (World Wide Web) has a definition as one of the facilities where we can exchange information on the Internet. Many people think that the WWW is the world while the Internet is the network. The standard protocol used to communicate on networking computers, the HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is the protocol for the WWW. WWW works based on the following three mechanisms:

Address, WWW has rules for naming web addresses, namely URL (Uniform Resource Locator) which is used as a standard Internet address.

Hardware

Hardware (hardware) required for Web Programming is as follows:
A PC with a minimum Pentium 1-66 Mhz processor. The higher the processor the better and faster.
Memory of at least 32 Mb, SDRAM type or higher, for example DDR2 or above.
Hard disk of at least 40 GB with 10 GB of free space. The larger the hard drive capacity, the more freedom you have for various kinds of creations.
VGA Card / Onboard minimum 128 Mb.
Soundcard / Multimedia Device (Optional)
CD-Room Drive / CDR-Drive (Optional)
Diskette Drive
Modem, for connection to the Internet (Optional)
Scanner, to scan images (Optional)

UPS, if needed

Software

The software required is as follows:

The recommended operating system is Windows 95 and above, although you can use another operating system such as Linux, the discussion here uses the Windows operating system.
The browser can use Internet Explorer, but if you have another browser you can also use it, such as: Opera, Netscape, Mozilla, Chrome etc.
Web Editor that can be used like Notepad, front page, web edit, etc.
Web Server can use web packages such as My SQL Front, Xampp, AppServ or others. But the discussion here that is used is AppServ.
