Urbanization is the movement of people who originally came from villages to cities, or it can be interpreted movement of people from small villages to big cities with the aim of being able to find work or settle down there.   1. The number of jobs is much higher than in the village.
  2. Facilities in the city are more complete.
  3. The wages received are quite large in the city.
  4. Cities are the center of government, technology, industry, business, technology, and others, which certainly have job vacancies.
