  3. Conflicts that Occur Between Groups and Other Groups, this conflict often occurs in institutions or organizations that already large and also has many parts so that it often also raises different interests between each part.

These types of conflicts are divided into two conflicts, namely functional conflicts and non-functional conflicts.

An example of this functional conflict is competition between employees or also competition between groups of employees and leaders can prove their skills and conflict in the form of competition in order to be the best among the sections or divisions within organization.
  2. The definition of infunctional conflict is a conflict whose impact occurs and does not provide benefits or benefits for the way and also the ongoing organization.
