  1. October 30, 1943 in Moscow the Moscow Declaration on public security was born which was signed by USA, UK, Russia and China who recognize the importance of international organizations for world peace.
  2. August 21, 1944 in Washington DC held a Dumbarton Oaks Conference (Dumbarton Oaks Conference) which was also recognized by 39 countries which discussed plans to establish an association nations (UN).
  3. At the Dumbarton Oaks meeting, Washington DC, August 21 and October 7, 1945, the Charter of the United Nations (UN) was prepared.
  4. The UN Charter signed in San Francisco on June 26, 1945 and entered into force on October 24, 1945. And the signing of the charter was attended by 50 countries, and the 50 countries are known as the founding countries or Original Members.
