Drukuk or mutual cooperation

- Conciliation. Is an attempt to unify the will of the disputing parties to reach a mutual agreement.
- Tolerance. Is a form of accommodation without official approval because unconsciously and planned, there is a desire to avoid disputes that are detrimental to both parties.
- Stalemate. Is a form of accommodation that occurs when a group appears to be in conflict with balanced forces.
Assimilation
Assimilation is a process of merging cultures to make each party that seems to feel that there is a new single culture that belongs together.
Acculturation
