- The government will tend to be totalitarian.
- Sacrifices are imposed on society.
- There is absolute adherence to this ideology.
- Ideology is not an ideal that always lives in society, but the ideals of a group of people that underlies the community reform program.
- Planting ideology in society will be carried out by force.
- Ideology is placed as something sacred and is placed as an amplifier of power.
Open Ideology
For open ideology is an ideology that originates from the nation's view of life. The values that become the ideas, ideas, and ideals contained therein are extracted from the culture and personality of the nation. This ideology was built with all the people based on the nation's cultural values, so this ideology belongs to all, not to a particular group.
Its application does not need to be forced. Along with the development of national life and the progress of the times, this ideology will be sensitive and adapt to existing developments. The characteristics of the application of open ideology are as follows:

For a nation or state, ideology has several functions, including:
- Forming identity and uniting a nation.
- Providing direction stability in the life of the nation and providing dynamics towards the goals of the nation's society.
- Uniting the nation by elevating various differences into a higher value system.
- Overcoming conflicts or tensions that arise in society.
- Means to realize a spiritual principle, worldview, and outlook on life.
- A guide to life that is maintained, developed, mandated, included in the next generation, and fought for and defended with a willingness to sacrifice.
