Ring topology or also called ring topology is a type of network topology that forms a series of points, each of which is connected to two other points.
Another understanding of ring topology is a method for connecting two or more devices a computer in a series of nodes where each node is connected to each other to form a ring. In this type of topology, each node has the function of signal amplifier along the circulation.

Disadvantages of Ring Topology

- Network development is more difficult, because moving, adding, and changing network devices affects the entire network.
